Extremely disappointed from the staff and the way guests were treated during the 14 day stay this time. At one point of time i was wondering if this is even accor. My experiences have always been pleasant and wonderful in other parts of the world be it novotel suites in vietnam or pullman in uk.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. However, hotel feels too old and empty during cny compared to other hotels around. During mco they didn’t turn on all the air conditioning. And only few staff were there. Room service for breakfast set was not available.

It was a horrible start when I first went into the given room as the room has a visible leaking from the roof . Right after I made a remark the staff of the hotel immediately changed and upgraded my stay to a bigger room and such gesture shows the Accor quality and class . The upgraded room was a great stay

The hotel still in good condition even the guest might not be many during the movement control in Malaysia. Generally, everything is good as it is except the breakfast, which is limited in portion (small) and choice. May be this is due to the less number of guest. Still good in services and happy Pullman always keep their guest happy.

A few things to highlight: Bathtub drainage blocked. Fridge not cold Gym is nice but if it’s possible to allow guest to turn on air-cond ourselves would be better instead of waiting security. A bit of old hotel kind of “smell”

Everything's is good except the staff doesn't meet my expectation. They good and efficient in their job.Their also aware of guest surrounding especially in their needs. But they are like robot sometimes.No sense of humour but just doin their job cz that is their job.The guy that wear a black coat with bald head at f&b is helpful but he is making me uncomfortable by starring too much at us.I'm not sure if he is actually paying attention to us just in case if we need something or just b'cz we look "poor". Well. .kinda strange perhaps as we only wore hotel slipper that time.During our c/in time also either the concierge or reception are welcoming us.I understand that i'm not the VIP guest in that hotel but your hotel is a 5 stars hotel and regardless what type of room that i booked I wanted to experience the quality of 5 stars services.No offended i'm also a hotelier.
