This is not my first stay with Pullman. We have done meetings, events and also have checked in before. Overall, I enjoyed staying here. I know some of the staff here, they are very attentive people. I also look forward for another stay soon.

The room is modern spacious abnb comfortable . Even though this hotel is built quite dome time but they did the room renovation to make it looks new and clean. Strongly recommended to newly weds

Good stay. Nice room and staffs are friendly. I understand very well that during pandemic buffet breakfast was replaced with set breakfast. To have a set breakfast is good enough to begin our day. However if the hotel can serve a quality and tasty food it will be appreciated. I feel so disappointed having tasteless nasi lemak. Rice is not well cook, tasteless sambal and rendang doesn't taste like rendang. The hotel should take this comment seriously in order for guest like us to comeback. During pandemic we cannot travel but we need some space, stay away from home and we choose to stay in the hotel surrounding to do our work. We don't expect much but with good service, friendly staff and good food especially for breakfast is good enough.

It was ny first time staying in Pullman Bangsar, the staff are friendly. The room was great but i have issue with the aircond and iron cannot be used. I called the receptionist and less than 10mins someone has come give me new iron. Technicion also came and try to fix the aircond and he says the temp will be okay later at night. But still the aircond is not cold and the room was warm. Breakfast was okay and i ordered nasi lemak but the rice was a bit dry. Overall its a good experience cuz i love your bath tub despites your aircond was not functioning well enough.

Overall is Good. The only setback is the coffee bar area, as there is no electricity supply and the area is dark and I am unable to boil water at the bar area. Nevertheless, I moved the kettle to the plug next to reading table to get the matter up.

My booking comes with free breakfast for 2 (FAMILY FUN OFFER, BED AND BREAKFAST) but the staff insisted I only have 1 so I showed her my booking details which clearly states free breakfast for 2. However, she told us to go over to reception to clarify. Why did she not believe us when we clearly showed her the official email? This happened around 9am on 27th September (Sunday). Staff requires more training to better deal with similar situation in the future. Also, the breakfast can be greatly improved. Most of the food were not warm and tasteless. The nasi lemak, bihun goreng, noodle soup were either too salty or lacked seasoning. The room was great except for the soundproofing as we can hear the neighbor's guest yelling and knocking on their door. Reception and cleaning team did a great job.

the rest is okay, just the mattress may be have some bugs, that bite my back of head and neck area, cause my head got few spot swollen in 5 days, consider bad experience in first of my life stay in hotel.

I've been to Pullman Bangsar last 6 years for short getaway after tiring ourself moving from terengganu to Shah Alam. It was a superb experience. My husband keep praising the good food and the hospitality. And we would like to experience the same things last few weeks with our kids. Of course they love the bathtub, it was huge enough for my kids to play in it. But, the breakfast food is no longer taste awesome like it use to be. I can see the frustration on his face.
