The location is easy to find. The carpark is quiet and seems a bit dodgy at night. I arrived at nighttime to check in, around 12am, the lobby is quiet and looks gloomy. The kitchen is not 24hrs, so i can’t order any room service food. The room is spacious, very clean, well-functioned aircond and water heater, very satisfied with the room. Overall, great.

We stayed 2 nights over the Hari Raya holiday. The shortage of staff is expected and services to be slow is normal. However, what I want to highlight is the room quality. It seems that they have change the shower gel and shampoo to some brandless and sloppy packaged tube which does not reflect well for a 5 star branded hotel. The towels supplied are lacking and my minibar is not working at all! leaving my perishables that I've purchase gone to waste. Pullman, please do better your room and justice to your branding. Your hotel boast of expensive cars in the lobby and the room are far from what the facade shows. I am going to give it another go later in July, hopefully my experience will be better. Otherwise this will be written off both my company's and my personal preferred brand hotel

Satisfied overall but housekeeping should replace all disposable accessories (like cotton bud, etc) instead of needing guest to call up.

Would say deteriorated since my last stay 4 or 5 years back. Maybe due to pandemic, but have a few issues: 1. Many items spoilt, defective. Tv remote, bathtub drain plug, etc. Not critical but as an Accord group hotel, this was not expected. 2. Booked 3 rooms, one of the rooms was late check in. Was informed during check in would need to wait 10 mins for the last room but finally took almost an hour, and that was with constant follow up. Room given was 1225. I think you would know what type of room that is. Very clearly wasn't used for some time. There was also no form of compensation at all for this delay.
