The location is easy to find. The carpark is quiet and seems a bit dodgy at night. I arrived at nighttime to check in, around 12am, the lobby is quiet and looks gloomy. The kitchen is not 24hrs, so i can’t order any room service food. The room is spacious, very clean, well-functioned aircond and water heater, very satisfied with the room. Overall, great.

We stayed 2 nights over the Hari Raya holiday. The shortage of staff is expected and services to be slow is normal. However, what I want to highlight is the room quality. It seems that they have change the shower gel and shampoo to some brandless and sloppy packaged tube which does not reflect well for a 5 star branded hotel. The towels supplied are lacking and my minibar is not working at all! leaving my perishables that I've purchase gone to waste. Pullman, please do better your room and justice to your branding. Your hotel boast of expensive cars in the lobby and the room are far from what the facade shows. I am going to give it another go later in July, hopefully my experience will be better. Otherwise this will be written off both my company's and my personal preferred brand hotel

Would say deteriorated since my last stay 4 or 5 years back. Maybe due to pandemic, but have a few issues: 1. Many items spoilt, defective. Tv remote, bathtub drain plug, etc. Not critical but as an Accord group hotel, this was not expected. 2. Booked 3 rooms, one of the rooms was late check in. Was informed during check in would need to wait 10 mins for the last room but finally took almost an hour, and that was with constant follow up. Room given was 1225. I think you would know what type of room that is. Very clearly wasn't used for some time. There was also no form of compensation at all for this delay.

during the breakfast on 27 Apr at the restaurant, i found 3 times there's cockroach : 1. at the egg station, i inform the staff who preparing the egg in front of me. 2. at the coffee station 3. at the noodle station, i inform another staff i have raise my concerns during check out at counter.

The hotel air conditioning is not working, so we were sweating the whole day. The hotel was grossly overbook, i arrived at 3pm and still waited 1 hour for the check in. The worst part is after the 1 hour wait i was told my room is still not ready and needed another hour for them to clean the room.

5 star justified.

My family and I arrived late but was warmly welcomed by the desk manager. In recognition of my Diamond status, I was offered an upgrade to a suite with a connecting room as I had reserve 2 rooms. The gesture is much appreciated as this permitted my elderly dad and my aunt to have great conversations after spending over 2 year away from each other. We all slept well and enjoyed our breakfast before departing for Perak. Although the hotel is not new, the services provided is the best we experienced during this trip where we stay in 4 different hotels and some costed twice what I had to pay here.

4D3N was an amazing experience. The room is huge,the bed is to die for. An Excellent room service with 20% off. Tasty food. But 1 thing just make me a lil bit disappointed,the toilet seat was dirty on the 1st day. Overall ,you served me Good Pullman Bangsar. I definitely will come back again. Thank you

A lil dated, could do a thorough cleanup

Generally okay & clean, otherwise not much to shout out. However to improve without doing massive renovation that involve massive cost, do consider these: 1) Repaint the parking to all white/beige. Helps to make it brighter, spacious & standardised. 2) Invest a RM2k carpet cleaning machine for the room. The carpet would look cleaner & shiner in the rooms with one off deep cleaning. Currently they are yellowish which makes the room gloomy too. 3) change the toothpaste brand (Raiya), hard to open (even when use the cover’s sharp edge to press it open) 4) Offer hourly/2 hours once of free transport to major malls (I.e: Mid Valley), your guest volume might increase.

Not fully open and cleanliness of room below normal standard for a Pullman.

When I booked online, there was no indication that any facilities or FB outlets were not open. Hence when I arrived and checked in, I was surprised to find that the bar, restaurants and coffee shop were all closed and staff could not tell me when they would be open again. The only FB outlet open was the Buffet restaurant which was only offering Malay specialties for Iftar every night, which is no problem there just isn't any other choice except room service, so I opted to go out which I didn't want to do arriving late. I also wanted to go for a morning swim but found the pool to be shut and chained off, again nothing stated on the web site, nor when I checked in. The room was reasonable, quite modern with all usual facilities, clean towels, ironing board, coffee and tea etc., though because of lack of drawer space I proceeded to place my clothes on the top shelf in the wardrobe only to find when I removed them they were covered in thick dust, so I guess the top shelf had not been cleaned for a while, I also stored some t-shirts in the bed side table to my surprise also had dust at the back, which suggested cleaning is only done partially, not deep enough into the shelf. The external bedroom mirror was also mottled as if it had been cleaned with a chemical cleaner, which my wife cleaned partially to demonstrate it could be cleaned off. The rest of the room and Bed was clean and comfortable.

Check in 19/7/2020 Room No.2611 Already informed hotel about late check in after dinner. I checked in after 10pm. Upon check in, the hotel was dark as there is no other guest to be expected on the day. Upon entered the room, I can see that the floor carpet was NOT vaccum properly. There is still dust or white debris on the carpet. I dont even dare to walk on the carpet with my bare foot. I have to wear the in room slipper provided. Due to low occupancy at this MCO moment, I am not sure how long has the room not being occupy. Shower room need to improve as after shower water will flow out to the bathroom door which make the area flooded.

Great customer service and clean facility. We spent 7 days with our 2 kids who are 15 and 16. Both enjoyed facility and good food. Great experience for them with local delights as we were from Fiji. We had a suite with joining rooms . Good location for family holiday. Sure to return back to same hotel and will recommend to family and friends.

Being an AccorPlus Platinum member, staying at Pullman Bangsar when visit KL is my first choice, it is like my 2nd home, all the staffs here are very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge staffs (Mr Imran and cs) and the executive lounge's staffs (Ms Linda, Mr Dannis, Ms Tracy, Ms Vera). Check in check out experience is good and fast. Tasteful nasi lemak at the morning buffet and tasteful nasi goreng kampung at the executive lounge's happy hour. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends
