Excellent Service and Strategic Location I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Surabaya City Center. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of Surabaya, making it easy to access various places. I truly enjoyed the delicious food served during my stay. The service was also exceptional—special thanks to Mr. Irfan and Mr. Choir for their assistance and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Surabaya!
