On 17/8/2026, I had a disappointing experience when I called to book my 2nd complimentary room and spoke to Pritti from Reservation. I was surprised when she said the record shows I’ve already used my 2nd free room on 2/8/2026. I said it’s not correct and asked who signed in & out using my club ID and credit card. Due to privacy she didn’t give more details and I understood that. I told her my club card is safe with me all the time and never let anyone use it. Right after that conversation, I decided to go personally to the hotel to find out what happened and to check the security of my ID and credit card in their records. When I got there, Bryan was at the reception. I told him about my earlier conversation with Pritti. He checked the records and confirmed I had NO booking on 2/8, contrary to what Pritti told me. He went to the office at the back of the Reception to further check with someone. He came back and admitted the mistake was on their side. Bryan then sorted it out and then booked the date I requested. It’s so disappointing that Pritti gave me wrong information earlier only to be corrected by Bryan. I’m hoping the same thing will not happen again in the future. I was a Black tier member until 30/9/2026 and already availed of 2 free nights (19/6 and 26/9). This October, I was upgraded to Emerald tier (with 4 free nights). The issuing Receptionist (Kathleen) said to avail of additional 2 more nights before 31/12/2026. Apart from the above incident, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. After celebrating birthdays and get together with family and friends all day, it’s nice and relaxing to spend the night at the hotel. I have shown them the room and other venues of West Hq and recommended them to stay at the hotel in future. I just hope my future hotel bookings will be a smooth one. Thank you.

The hotel was very lovely - clean, comfortable and conveniently located. All staff were great. The only downside to our stay was something banging in the ceiling every time we or a guest in a nearby room ran water, flushed a toilet or similar. It happened a number of times throughout the night which meant for a broken night's sleep unfortunately.

Accommodation was good Disappointed with Buffet breakfast, I was required to pay full price after explaining and showing medical proof that I have recently had stomach surgery and am physically unable to eat more than 200 grams of food. When discussing this with front counter staff on checking in, the response was 'maybe you should order from room service menu' i explained that my husband and 2 friends who were also staying at the hotel would be going to the buffet breakfast, the staff recommended I could stay in the room and order from the room service menu while they went to the buffet. I paid full price and ate 1 piece of bacon and one spoon of baked beans.

Booking via the Accor app was quick and easy, and redeeming reward points was a nice bonus. Check-in was smooth, with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff member! When we had a issue accessing our room, the team responded promptly. They let us straight into the apartment and had the issue fully resolved by the time we returned from our event. The apartment was huge, featuring a spacious kitchen, large lounge area and a modern bathroom. The only downside was a number of bogong moths inside the room (due to the current infestation). Communication via SMS and the app was excellent throughout, and check-out was simple and fast. While slightly expensive, we did book last-minute. Overall, a solid stay with great service
