It’s a nice experience when checking in at this hotel. We made separate reservations because our trip plan changed. We requested for consolidating our bookings so that we do not need to change rooms day by day. The young male receptionist worked hard to find out our booking details and made it successfully. We strong appreciate his gentle and professional assistance in response to our queries. We turned on the DNB sign because the room may be messy after checking in. However, we still got the bottles of water and new sets of towel after heading back to the hotel on the next day. We personally did not mind it but appreciate their replenishment of amenities. Overall, the hotel’s service went beyond of our expectations and we endorse this hotel for those who visit Busan and need a quiet area.

The staff are great, very hospitality and helpful. The hotel is in a very busy location, near market, citizen park, crowded foodie area. The price is reasonable. The room is adequate for one or two people. Just pick this one and you won't regret.

The hotel was located right next to Bujeon market and a subway. Easy access to public transportation. The staffs were friendly, check-in and out were easy and fast. The only wish was the room was a little bigger. Felt cramped in the room and somewhat bathroom.
