Stayed here for a night, using some of my Accor benefits, which made for a very good stay. While the design style of the room is not completely to my taste (but I'm sure it is to plenty of other people), the suite rooms are great, with plenty of space and comfortable bed and showers. The service was excellent and friendly, from the welcome present to the people working at breakfast and the bar. I basically used my stay to catch up on some work, but the location is excellent as well. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around and the old quarter lake is a short stroll away. Had a good stay and would return.

I stayed one night in Mgallery Hanoi and moved out quickly to another hotel, and I was very disappointed. the hotel looks much better in the pictures than in real, it needs a complete refurbishment. the restaurant/cafe, the atrium looks worn out and the white walls are grey, the colors are dull. I used the business center during my stay and the carpet is old and the chairs need to be replaced. The room was actually better than the rest of the hotel; spacious room, color is nice, bathroom is fine, good WIFI. This Mgallery hanoi shouldn't have 5 stars but 3 or 4 stars.

The hotel building was actually designed by a world-renowned architect since 2011 and we are currently working on a refurbishment plan for the Hotel and hope that we can implement as quickly as possible. In the meantime our engineering team still follows up with the annual maintenance. We also apologize that our front desk attendant did not inform you about the business center, which currently is out of order and front desk should have been at your service for any office assistance. The upgrade was generous. Cuong and Viet at FO did a proper job with genuine attitude during my checkin& checkout. Rest of the stay didnt meet my expectation for MGallery Brand. This was the first stay in 2020 that i didnt receive any communication from customer relationship. Restaurant staff should be trained to host loyal customers

To be honest I’m a bit disappointed by the service of Mgallery in Hanoi. Maybe the reason is covid with reduction of staff and reduction of budget. Being Accor Plus member does not provide much in this hotel, the welcome pack is a joke.

i did stay 3 nights and i always stay in accor hotels BECOs i think they treat you good and its a good class off hotel. the hotel in general is fine and every thing ells is good. But the last afternoon we came back to the room that have window to a light garden wher they was having a wedding fore 120 ppl. That is ofcors fine but when they have a disco inside the light garden my room was also a disco. i did went down to lobby and they did say that they cant do any thing about it and the music stop arond 22:00. so i told thelobby that they need to find out a comesation fore me BECOs this was not OK and they offer me a botel of win but that is not good when im a sober alocholic and dont drink. finaly they did give me 30% off on the night that was problem. i think they can give me the hole night becos the insedenet make me angry and did make my hole night no good and when i pay good money to stay in a good hotel i do not want things like this happen. i hope this go to accor service and me was not the only one that did talk to the lobby it was many gests that did.

Great Staff they have, friendly and helpful. If i coming back to visit Hanoi will choose this hotel again. They have a lots of private tour , if you want privacy. They also willing to help you looking for other travel agent for the cheaper price day tour.

Great location and big comfortable rooms. Breakfast very good. Very noisy, every sound from room and corridors can be heard. TV size and placement is idiotic, can only be watched from the bed - not possible from lounge chair or sofa.

Hotel de l'Opera, Hanoi is located in central Chinese -French influenced Old Quarter. The Opera house is within walking distance as well as the tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake, is great for morning exercise. Food and shopping areas within easy 10 minutes walk. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and light- ask for a room facing the city with more light through big windows. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Bathrooms large some with bath and shower areas.

Receptoin very efficient friendly. Dinner and breakfast in Toulouse-Lautrec restaurant - food and service very good. Decor in room rather dated - toilet did not function well, toilet roll holders poorly designed, cheap and not functional. Bed OK but too many pillows etc. air conditioning OK. Overall opinion hotel average - needs to be updated to fit into the McGallery brand which up to now I have appreciated in HCMC and Sydney

This has been my second time at the Opera, MGallery. The Suite is nice and the Staff is very friendly. We had the memorable Dinner, unfortunately it was raining so we had to do it inside, which wasn't as good as aspected, because of Kids playing Hide and Seek, beside our Table. The dinner it self was fantastic and Duy our Waiter was great. I will comeback for sure, should I be in Hanoi again.

Hotel Room was nice. But the Lobby was very hot when i enjoyed my complimentary welcome drink at the lounge. I did say to the waiter that i was feeling hot but the funny thing is the waiter bought me the malfunction fun to me. Besdies, i did say to the front officer staff that the wifi connection got problem and even he did try to connect his own mobile as well. He also has made sure the wifi problem. But at the end still never fix it for me.

Location's close food, shopping and other local attractions. The bar/cafe's with well designed outdoor area, reasonably priced. The service staffs're friendly, give great recommendation. 24-hour fitness facility was definitely a plus. We spent 2 days away in Sapa, before returning to the hotel. They kindly offered to store our big luggages as well.

・ホテル内のWifi接続は、暗号化し、パスワードを定期的に変えるべき。セキュリティーが甘く、怖くて利用できなかった。 ・ホテル内のエレベーターは、セキュリティーカードの仕組みが壊れていて、誰でもどのフロアに行き来できるようになっていた。外部の者が客室に簡単にアクセスできるのは如何なものか。 ・部屋の中のテーブルランプが壊れていた。定期的にチェックすべき。

おしゃれで居心地よいホテルでした。 デラックス、グランドデラックスにはバスタブが無いので、 何泊かするならスイートの方がよいかと思います。 お部屋はおそらく外に面した部屋と、内側の吹き抜けに面した部屋があるのだと思います。 私がアサインされたのは内向きのお部屋でしたが、 静かで外の喧騒に煩わされることなくゆっくりと眠れました。 (窓はちゃんとあるので明るく、窮屈感もありません) バーで出しているベトナム料理の軽いアフタヌーンティーセットは 軽食としてもオススメです♪
