I have always appreciated the high standards at Accor group hotels, which is why I chose to stay 4 nights at the Hotel de l'Opera Hanoi, MGallery with family. While the Check-in, rooms and location are commendable, stiff behavior regarding some extra water refill and denying escalation feedback on the hotel premises left me wondering about Accor processes for the first time. No one bothered to reach out during the stay. While receive weekly promotions from Accor; haven't received any feedback seeking emails on my stay at the MGallery, Hanoi yet :). The hotel is recommended for Business and Couple/Solo travelers; not very convenient or friendly if you are staying family & kids!

I arranged tour group in May 2025. Staff were consistently not experienced and the hotel was was misleading. The hotel was under construction. They didn’t disclose that until my group contract was paid in full. Will never return

I am truly sorry to hear that the service provided by our staff did not meet your expectations and that the condition of the hotel, particularly the ongoing construction, was not disclosed prior to your arrival. I fully understand how frustrating and misleading this must have felt, especially after fulfilling the terms of your group contract in good faith. Please know that your feedback has been taken very seriously. We are currently reviewing our internal communication and booking procedures to ensure that all future guests are fully informed of any potential disruptions or limitations well in advance. Additionally, we are reinforcing training programs to better equip our team with the experience and professionalism our guests deserve.
