Their hospitality was amazing,and they took great care of us during our stay. They also provide a free shuttle bus to famous spots such as Asian Park and Han Market. Strongly recommend staying at this hotel with the high level of the hotel’s hospitality.

From the very 1st step in the Grand Mercure, the vibes was telling us, everything would almost be perfect! Yes, indeed! All of the staff are friendly and very helpful and accomodating especially Yen Ngi, so so ready to assist in every way she can. Services are so excellent! All staff are willing to give a helping hand! Cheers to front receptionist , lMiss Trang She is the best receptionist ever. Cannot fault this place! Will 100% come back with my family! Will recommend to all my friends! Love Yen Ngi! Hope to see her here when I come back next year with family n friends! BTW, made my Birthday in advance so memorable! 2 mommies from Australia.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, Mr Dung at the front desk office made me feel welcome with his warm smile and efficient service. he provided all the necessary information with great professionalism. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and wonderful staff
