While we regret the challenges you encountered, we appreciate that you brought them to our attention as they help us improve our services. We have communicated this information to the Food & Beverage Director and the Director of Housekeeping, staff need to be more systematically trained, and we will conduct training for all staff after investigating the specific situation.
