We arrived on a Sunday and were told that the restaurant does not open on Sundays! That's a first for an Ibis for us. We had to wait for a pizza oven to be heated up to get a pizza. The place seemed understaffed.

Very rude reception clerk. The lady was completely dissmissive and angry that we arrived with no reservation. I made a booking in the Accor app and checked in. Communication in English was a huge struggle as well. One of the worst experience of all the Accor hotels I visted.

After a couple of years we decided to visit the Ibis Hotel again. Arriving at night a decided to park in the garage. a bit difficult since the park space is very small. The staff is very friendly.The Room we got was third floor to facing the Restaurant Parking area. So bit noisy in the night and in the morning .People sitting outside the Restaurant of the hotel chatting. Overall next time we decided the next time we will reserve a room to the other side of the hotel. Breakfast was great with a variety of food. Sunday until 12.00h. Should be an example for other Ibis Hotels as well. Checkout ... we will come back.

We stayed one night after arriving off the Barcelona ferry heading to Bilbao. The hotel was comfortable and clean and we booked dinner that evening which was lovely. Because we wanted to get away in the morning without having to stop we decided to have the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and well worth the money.
