I had done the booking with breakfast they told me it’s not included, they upgraded me to higher floor but with lower category room where there’s no bathtub. While doing the booking I had specified each and everything still it worst nightmare I had to struggle a lot to get room

Excellent staff and management, both extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are newly furnished and quiet. I travel for my work and, this Pullman is among the best hotels I’ve encountered. Definitely recommend.
