I'm not staying for the first time at this hotel but this time, I was a bit disappointed.

Dear Guest, First of all, we sincerely thank you for your loyalty and for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience this time did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the breakfast buffet. Please rest assured that the presence of ants was indeed noticed towards the end of the breakfast service that morning. Unfortunately, it was the beginning of a localised infestation, and as soon as it was discovered, our team immediately implemented the necessary measures to stop the spread of the insects. Needless to say, hygiene and quality of service are among our top priorities, and we take this type of incident very seriously. We also regret that several team members did not identify the issue earlier. A reminder has since been issued internally to reinforce vigilance, especially during food service. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We sincerely hope to regain your full trust during a future stay, and we would be delighted to offer you an experience in line with your previous visits.
