We are new members to Accor. We have been members with Marriott for over ten years but there are fewer Marriott locations in the European cities which we want to visit. We recently stayed 9 nights at the Novotel Avignon. We are happy with our stay because of the great location, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, modern, well kept and nice design. Housekeeping staff was helpful, courteous and kept our room clean. We also like it that our fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks every day which really helps with the hot weather. Overall, we are happy to have stayed at Novotel Avignon and will definitely return.

From our arrival with access to the underground car park before even checking in it was a very enjoyable stay. All the staff we met were helpful and personable. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied. We didn't use all the facilities by any means but the quality of the main area on the ground floor seemed exceptional. The location was perfect. Easily accessible without having to venture inside the city walls. (a nightmare in a car!) Only 15 minutes from the main tourist areas.

we have stayed in many Novotel. this one was on par with the others. the pool was excellent as was the bar area.

Dear customer Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. It is a pleasure to know that your stay with us went well. I am sorry that our beds were not up to your expectations for your daughter. It is a pulled out sofa bed, and they are the same in all our rooms in the hotel, as it is the only way we can have family room. We look forward seeing you for your next trip, Regards Novotel team
