Enjoyed the hospitality at Food Exchange. Food was nice and the service was excellent! Came back after a long time and had a good experience. Special thanks to Manisha for being a very pleasant and smiling host! Some chaat options would be a great addition to the buffet for summer.

Nice ambiance all over the property and the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful service's are super quick. I stayed in other properties in aerocity as well but experience in Novotel is one of the best definitely will stay again on my next trip to Delhi.

Pleasant stay at the Novotel Aerocity New Delhi. Check in was handled efficiently with courteous front office staff. Comfortable room. Good in-room dining experience. Breakfast was good. Check out was smooth. All in all, a good stay, with proximity to the airport a great plus!

I had stayed in Novotel Delhi Aerospace from 23 to 25th April. During my buffet dinner on 23rd April in your restaurant, your employees kept asking me my room number. When they didn’t find it in your system ( some glitch) they made me go to front desk with them. When I opposed to this, your manager in restaurant started shouting on me.!! When I complained to duty manager, I was told that appropriate action will be taken. To my surprise, I saw the same person in the restaurant the next day. He didn’t even apologise for previous day. I then realised that you guys don’t care about customers complaints. Hence I had my dinner next 2 days somewhere else. I will never ever check on Novotel Delhi Aerocity now nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I had high hopes for my stay at Novatel, especially since it was a special occasion - my birthday. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and completely ruined what should have been a memorable day. Although the bedroom interiors were well-maintained, the problems started right at check-in. Our room key didn’t work, and after a long wait, we were shifted to another room. Even then, we had to wait again just to get new keys, which delayed our plans—we had lunch scheduled and ended up stuck in the room because we couldn't leave without a working key. Despite several calls using the room phone, the management rarely answered, and we finally had to contact hotel customer care to get any response. Inside the room, we found torn bedsheets and a torn duvet cover, which was shocking for a hotel of this level. The TV was mounted too high, causing neck pain, and the curtains were difficult to close due to a sliding issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and there was no option for a firmer side, making it impossible to sleep properly. Even the shampoo provided was harsh, irritating my scalp. The breakfast buffet was average, with limited variety, especially in fruits and healthy options. The room itself was small and overpriced, adding to the overall disappointment. What makes it worse is that this was my birthday, and the entire experience—from poor service to maintenance issues—completely ruined the day. This was definitely my last visit to Novatel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant or reliable stay. Thanks.
