Overall experience could have been extremely satisfied, if I was given kind size bed. While booking by mistake I had booked twin bed room, but upon arrival I insisted to staff to assign kind bed room. But I was denied stating there's no room available. But online I could check it was showing king size room for the same price and available to book. I little was disappointed by this.

I faced issues in 2 ways. One your food which is looks good but when I eat that every time I rushed to washroom. It never happen with me. This was my first experience and second one is delay in room services. I have ordered plenty of times pair of slipper from my team mates room and ice cubes. Although I get that but it was so much delay.

In proximity to New Delhi Airport. Overall a good hotel. Check in and out was a bit chaotic as only 2 front desk guys and the place got crowded. Overall it was a good stay.

I liked the level of cleanliness and attention to sanitization measures taken by your property. Very well trained staff. The food was delicious! Honestly I haven't had a better breakfast buffet in a while. Ample number of elevators and amazing sound proofing in the hotel rooms. One suggestion would be addition of a shower curtain to avoid water splashing on to the wooden structure inside the room. This should help you all avoid unnecessary maintenance overheads.

Poor covid precautions in restaurant

Poor check and checkout experience - promised to provide email invoice as printer did not work at checkout- no response ever since Restaurant was poorly managed with staff handling cutlery with bare hands, poor cutlery cleanliness, the instructions ask people to stay seated and be served on table - but not enough staff to do so; overall the running of restaurant is a covid concern !!

Poor Housekeeping

The property is good and value for money. But the housekeeping is poor. The jet shower in my bathroom was broken. The locker was not working. No glasses or cups in the room. The staff is less at reception. Takes time for checkin and checkout.
