You have done your best, but didnt get the expected experience 1. My partner had booked room, spoken to the Call centre number to get accord rate, he was accord member, we got confirmation on phone. then, when i checked in, they refused to give the rate, and took a differential rate. 2. May be that’s your style, but i didnt like the gaudy, over powering, dark look, and all assorted stripes, dots, colours, in the entire hotel, it was not a luxury feel 3. Service was quite slow, but food was tasty and nice. 4. Check in took too much time, only 1 person was there, after a few minutes one more came, but i think in my experience being staying in hotels often, this was too slow 5. When i asked for a hot cup of tea in the morning breakfast, he coolly replies, it takes 15 minutes, please wait. 6. The bathroom and toilet areas, are too slippery, it is shining granite, and not comfortable to walk across 7. The entire body language was not that of hospitality, more of authorative disposition.
