Great location. Just accross the road is the beach. Room windows , poolside, roof top , all have stunning view of sea. Food is good, although " The square" may need a little more people to cater to in busy hours. Multiple restraunts. Overall a wonderful experience. Stayed in Premium room

I've been staying at the Novotel in Vizag since it opened. The hotel itself seems to have become a bit run down - the flooring in the rooms requires replacing, the seal on the showers is failing a bit, and the smell from the mosquito repellent is pungent and a little too much while walking in the hallways. The view in an ocean front room is gorgeous and is such a pleasure to wake up to. However, the staff is excellent. I've always been so well taken care of by everyone. Mohan the bellhop has been a joy since day 1. Mohan at reception is always a pleasure - he helped me when a window broke in my room while on a previous stay. Dolly helped me with a cut on my foot and was so sweet whenever I saw her. Ashmita helped me tie my saree for an event I was attending even though she wasn't feeling well! Most of the staff in the Square are efficient - they all know my order and bring what I want before I even have to ask. Whoever is in charge of hiring these folks is doing an incredible job. I am sure I was a difficult guest when I first arrived and my room wasn't ready. I'm pretty picky and after a 40-hour journey from San Francisco, CA, I really needed to sleep. Thanks to the front desk staff for helping me swiftly. I appreciate you all.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, were impeccable, and the rooms were elegantly furnished with ultimate comfort in mind. Dining here was an absolute delight, and the overall experience was flawless. I will definitely be back! And the lady at front dest Ms kavya was very helpful and very welcoming

Went with my family on new year's ever.. Mahendar and Pratap ensured that we had a pleasant time.. Ambience is great and the staff who served us were professional and friendly.. My 5 year old kid is very happy. Food taste in Red Bowl is awesome.
