The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Especially the beds are really comfortable. However depending on the side the room is located it can become quite noisy. Personnel is attentive and ready to help.

Reception is quite good and warm hearted. But lack of the enough clean glass cups for complimentary drinking in front desk.

The noise level from bus station and street is high. I request high floor so I can sleep. High floor have no hot water and facets are mis-labeled.

The hotel Ibis near Central Bus Station in Santiago is excellent, very comfortable, very conveniently localized. very near to important points of the city, very good level of service, so, I will further use this hotel in Santiago.

I am completely satisfied, the hotel is very conveniently localized, the apartments are very comfortable.

I had a really bad experience in the hotel. The front desk receptionist, Daniel, was very rude from the beginning, and wasn't welcoming or very polite. At the end of the check-in I asked him if it was possible to earn the points for my stay, even though I partially paid it with points. He didn't understand the question, and proceeded to be very rude, increased the tone of voice, saying that I already paid with points, and that I wouldn't be able to use more points to pay the stay. That wasn't what I was asking, and it would be ok if he only didn't understand and gave a different answer, but the way he spoke was very unfriendly and rude. The other receptionist (I don't remember his name) intervened, and responded my question correctly and very politely. So I think Ibis should train better the employees, since it was a very unpleasant check-in experience. The other thing is that the hotel bathrooms were very old, with things that were rusting and smelling badly,

This hotel meets Ibis standards, however my room had some minor details that were fixed by the maintenance crew.

Severall things happened: 1- air conditioning (cooler) wasn’t working, because of the central was “calefacion” and nobody could do nothing about it. Everyday we asked for help and everyday we got The same answer: “lo siento, no hay nada que podemos hacer”. Because of that we couldn’t have a good night of sleep, the room was HOT! 2- there was a leak in the shower spot that everytime that we Use it, the bathroom got flooded. 3- we paid to have breakfast all the 6 days, we just use it for 4, because two days we left 4a.m, both days we implored to have something (including a cup of water) 4- overall service in the front desk and in the breakfast wast good, it look like we were “disturbing” them, even treating them with all respect and cordiality. 5- internet in the room did not work properly, netflix on the tv did not have connection to internet...

As always the hotel is impeccable, and processes are very fast. Buffet breakfast could be available a bit earlier, let's say at about 6.00 am. Breakfast is very nice!
