Very dirty, not following any hygenic protocols, poor service from reception staff, one was so rude she begged me to say 'please' before she give me a toilet paper roll... very dirty room and after 2 attempts it was as dirty. Dont stay there they dont deserve your money!

Now I will share the list : - personel are not kind - bad smell in floor 3rd floor - lamp was broken and electric cable are visible - dirty bath and it's doesn't evacuate water - dirty room dust on table - we claimed for baby bed it was never provided - we make complain about room they said to us we can do nothing - I sent complain by mail but it was never answered - staff must learn the meaning of the word smile

Very good overall even if the apartment was a bit expensive as equipment were defective. Apartment was confortable but I had to change of room as the first room hadan issue with dishwasher then the second apartment had an issue with the fridge. I think the equipment may be a bit old which will explain why there were so many issues. Nevertheless, the staff responded quickly to these issues and were very professional.

A very nice hotel , easily accessible from the airport also providing a great base for visting local shops,restaurants and sites.Great breakfast,spaceous accomodation and excellent staff.We did no use the kitchen facilities but could see that everything needed was provided.

Beware of double charges e.g taxes etc. and Terrible experience

Worst customer experience for ever! We paid in full incl. taxes upfront however asked to pay for taxes again before check-in evenif challenged. Hotel stuff behaviour was bad, provided worst room as instructed by Manager and Manager avoided us to speak in person to resolve any issues highlighted. Wickedly, hotel manager even denied Accor Web payment reservation confirmation system. Avoid this hotel before ruining your holidays!!

All ok, just missing a light in the kitchen area (no bulb), and the space around the table is limited. Services were good, inside the room, excepted the missing light bulb all was fonctionnalités. No more comments

What I liked best is the buffet breakfast, clean room, efficient facilities and friendly staff. Worse experience we had is our car window was broken because it was parked not too far from the hotel. Sad the hotel do not provide free parking space for their clients.

Well appointed appartment. Friendly, helpful staff. Speak a little French and they will give so much back. Welcomed back like old friends. Special thanks to Maimouna and Siad. Hope to be back next year - Brexit permitting.

The hotel is advertised as a four star facility, but in reality it just reaches the two star European ranking. The hotel is rather filthy and the rooms are in a heavy need for renovation. When I checked in - after 40 minutes waiting - my room was not cleaned, it was full of kitchen trash left by the previous guest. When I protested at the reception, the receptionist did not apologize for the error, but requested me to queu up again. I refused to do so and started to clean up the room myself which was habitable after another 20 minutes with the help of the cleaning staff. Next day the manager of the hotel realised the grave mistake the hotel staff committed and offered some small presents and bonus points to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced the day before at check-in. We left these presents - intentionally - in the hotel room and I do not think I will make use of the bonus points because I do not intend to take an apartment in an Adagio hotel in the foreseeable future. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Marseille.

A little bit more information about the hotel: by a longer stay when does one get new cheats, cleaning of the room, policy of waste disposal ... There was one guide in the hall downstairs, should be in the rooms also. But most important: friendly people !

The only negative points were that the receptionist was unable to indicate how to access the underground car park and that the lift in the hotel was commandeered by the cleaning staff and their trolleys. However the cleanliness and comfort plus proximity to the old port more than made up for these initial irritations.

This apartment hotel provided a good base to explore the centre of Marseille. It was clean and well air conditioned giving an ideal retreat after a hot day. Near to the Old Port and old part of Marseille there was plenty to do.

Covenient, well-equipped property for family travel, easy public transportation. Shortcomings: distant parking; seedy neighborhood, especially at night, with more than a fair share of apparent bums in the vicinities. Area is worn down, almost a ghetto, of predominantly Arabic origin. Very unattractive at night.

While the room was smaller than expected (for the money) -- you can live with that. The bathroom had ants and the walls were filthy. It also didn't come with any amenities (shampoo, soap, face cloths, a couple bottles of water, etc.). While it did come with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, we were surprised at check-in to find out there is an extra $18 Euro charge per day for room service to get the aformentioned serviced (which includes making the bed). We ended up cleaning the towels with our own laundry down in the laundramat and foregoing the room service altogether. The desk clerk was willing to replace the toilet paper at no charge...... The carpet needed to be washed & cleaned. The air conditioner didn't work. Street noise made it hard to sleep with open windows. The blinds didn't keep the morning light out -- thus, hard to sleep along with the above noise -- and the room got quite hot in the afternoon. There was one non-customer service oriented desk person -- the rest were quite good.

Apartment hotels are great. You have the full services of a hotel and the benefits of the facilities of an apartment like seperate living and bedrooms and a kichen. This one is is in easy walking distance of the Vieux Port with lots af restaurants and cafes. Also you buy rom the local markets and enjoy the local food "at home". The Apart Hotels are good comfortable accommodation and you don't have to wait for the concierge to turn up to get into your apartment. You also have all those consumables like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper supplied which are often limited or not supplied in private holiday apartments.

The hotel was OK, but it was a surprise that the bed was only a pull out of a couch. It was not comfortable. Also, there was no AC on in the rooms so we were unable to adjust our temperature control at all. There was very limited reception support and although the employee was doing his best, he was all alone. very light on staff.

Hotel greatly located (a few steps from Vieux-Port, calm street), well-equipped and nicely arranged rooms, comfortable bed. Very good value for money. Suggestion to change check-out time from 11:00 to noon.

This apartment hotel is nicely situated being just a short walk to the centre of the city and old port area with its fantastic spread of restaurants. Staff were pleasant enough, but we encountered some problems with the facilities which weren't rectified during our short stay. Our advice would be to shop around.

We were in room 618 and there is a persistent sewer smell in the room. Told the reception but problem wasn't solved. Didn't get a real bed but a sofa turned into a bed. Didn't sleep very comfortably. While checking out, the man at the reception desk was quite rude, ignoring us while it was our turn to help a fellow citizen waiting behind us. She even remarks that we were first. He just answered : but I am attending to you... Good location, though.

Enjoyed our stay, the studio apartments are very well designed, stylish and modern. Good location, with the 3 for 2 nights offer it was quite economical as well. Room service not quite as good as we would have hoped... But overall vey nice stay.
