THE WORST SOFITEL HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED

The room I stayed in needs urgent maintenance: there are no usb sockets, there are wires showing, a lot of urine smell in the bathroom. I think it came from the drain or the bidet but I'm not sure. They wanted to change our rooms but I preferred to buy an air freshener than pack and pack everything again.

I had a good time there. I had concerns about the room (not a shortcoming on behalf of the hotel), and they worked with me to satisfy my request. My only gripe is about the lack of sufficient lighting in the bathroom, especially the vanity, which should be addressed.

Great experience at this hotel, the staff is very friendly and professional. The accommodations are luxurious the views are amazing. The staff was so courteous. We even forgot some valuable items in the safe and they called us immediately to return back to the hotel and pick up our valuables. They are so trustworthy and professional I highly recommend staying at this property we enjoyed every part of it. It is truly the best value for a luxury five star hotel on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
