Everything was in a high standard and everybody was kind and helpful. But please allow me to send my best comments for Stella in the reception, the amazing guy who was responsible for the room maintenance in floor 20 (really sorry that I don't remember his name) and of course Bhupender that was taking care ("pampering") us from the day I moved to 12th floor.

Just back from a two week holiday, staying at this hotel, and want to thank Shashi and the other housekeeping staff for an immaculate room and a friendly greeting and smile on every occasion. Also a big shout out to all of the pool staff, both bar & lifeguards, who looked after us so well. Hopefully see Hamza and all of our other “friends” when we return next year.

Having stayed at this hotel on previous occasions, I returned for a 7 day vacation to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing stay. The rooms are huge, the location is great but what really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Especially Lamiya from reception who not only went above and beyond to accommodate my room request upon checking in, but was lovely to speak to throughout my stay. Her warmth and friendliness was refreshing. My favourite part of this hotel is the pool. The views are incredible, and the vibe is very relaxed and chilled. Hamza, Faheem, Shibu, Robert and Bisna are assets to Accor / Sofitel and are excellent at their jobs. They all provided great customer service and ensured that I had everything I needed. Very friendly and welcoming and always had time for a chat! My only feedback is regarding the addition of the fake grass by the pool. I think it looked better without and practically works better without, especially when it rained - it meant the grass around the pool was waterlogged. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

The room is very clean and spacy and also has an amazing view. The room service and cleaning is very fast to respond, very efficient and very polite. Breakfast provides many tasteful options and the pool/fitness areas are very well equiped.
