Im currently staying at the Pullan HCMC and want to specifically commend the duty manager NGUYEN HO ANH HUY for his outstanding service. He was proactive, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome. As a Gold member, I value consistent, high-quality service, and Huy exceeded all expectations. He is a primary reason why I continue to choose Accor hotels. The executive lounge is smaller then other executive lounges Ive stayed at and we preferred the main breakfast because of the variety of both western and asian food. I especially loved the salty coffee. Thank you for a memorable stay

I had a very late check in - from coming out of my grab to getting into my grab to leave the service was impeccable. I was initially put on floor 12 but it reeked of smoke in the hall and my room. I called reception and they were quick to find a different floor and room for me - I was assisted to the next room. Floor 21. It was much better.

ASI am staying often there, this time, I loved the room I had, however, here the "but" is placed The group, who had the suit at the end of the corridor smoked in the room and 2 nights, I actually woke up as I could smell cigarette smoke in my bedroom The 2nd "but" is the handheld shower does not work on different positions Apart from the 2 points, a fantastic stay
