Hotel within easy walking distance of the International terminal. We got a day rate as we had time for a rest between a long haul and a flight to the South Island. Great comfortable room. Didn’t eat at the hotel but would recommend if not wanting/needing to leave the airport. Will be staying again soon.

Reception staff could have been more friendly and helpful - did not have answers for some queries. As I only had a day room there was a meal tray left outside of room which had not been collected. Bathroom light did not work and had to have someone come to rectify. Housekeeping staff came to service - had no idea room occupied as day room.
