An excellent stay in a superb location, close to borough market, The Old Vic theatre, Southbank and the Shard. The breakfast was wonderful too. The room was great, there was a lovely coffee machine which I always appreciate. Sofiane provided excellent customer service, he was welcoming, polite, helpful and went above and beyond.

Check in and out was easy, breakfast was average as it was only continental, but the quality of what was there was good. As usual with hotels the room was far to hot.

Hi, I stayed three nights with you in room 132 which I booked myself using our company portal. it turned out to be a room for disabled and I didn't like the bathroom at all. It was cold and gave me the feeling of staying in a hospital. So my feedback to you is to make the booking environment more clear of what type of room this is. I also read on internet that others have given you the same feedback that they booked a room for disabled without understanding that they did. For some reason I never received a booking confirmation with all the room details from you. Maybe that could have been used for informing clearly? Apart from that the USB chargers were not working in the room. Both sides of the bed. This was fixed by you the second day of my stay. Br / Tomas
