Everyone was friendly, very welcoming and warm. The rooms were clean and practical with what we needed. You can’t get up to the rooms unless you’re a guest and have a key to call the lift, so we thought this was a great security point. I would say maybe reboot the tv channels as there isn’t a lot of options especially no GBNews. The breakfast is just continental which me and one child loved but my husband and other child would have preferred something more fried. All in all we thought it was good. Definitely recommend

Location was great for us. Rooms were probably the smallest on our European holiday but not a problem. Staff were great, particularly a Brazilian woman at the desk/piano whose name I failed to get. Very helpful and charming. Overall fantastic and would recommend and stay again. Oh and somehow I booked with breakfast although I didn’t intend to. A bit disappointed there wasn’t bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans, etc. But again it wasn’t an issue at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really impressed with this hotel. It’s clean, modern, comfortable. I wasn’t expecting a room upgrade, but we were given one which was fantastic. Lots of great options nearby for food with the markets, and good connectivity to the tube.
