卫生打扫的干净,服务人员比较有礼貌,入住干净很温馨,房间内有大写字台很方便,床睡着舒服,洗手间小但是应有尽有,唯一不足的地方就是早上没睡醒服务人员就开始敲门询问是否打扫房间,这点影响客人休息。

没有拖鞋,房间太小,大件行李甚至无法存放和打开,六楼楼道晚上很吵,并无人管理约束。酒店基本没什么服务可言,整体感觉性价比低,不值。

一 打掃時間問題 每天早上約九點十點的時候有人來敲門問要不要洗衣服(還是打掃)。 第一天我有點搞不清楚狀況 ,太晚回答 。清潔人員就直接開門進來 … 希望這一點可以改善 。 二 ,扣款 我可以理解飯店會收第一晚房費當作押金 。這個沒問題 。但是我被收到押金的時候是入住前幾個小時 ,那個時候我還在飛機上 。一入境就看到扣款 ,沒聯想到以為是被盜刷 。 扣款時間很尷尬 ,因為其實已經在check-in 幾個小時以前的事情 。 希望可以調整時間 ,在預定房間的時候就先扣款 。這樣才不會引起不必要的誤會 。

我要求前台给我朝阳的房间,结果给我分配的是327靠边,正对着一堵墙的房间,体验感特别不好,房间很小,茶杯没有清洗干净,我还看到污点。一开始洗澡的时候打开半天也没有热水,水温很低,虽然后来有热水了,但感受不太好。这个服务体验不值得这个价格。

空调给力,洗澡热水大。交通方便,门前就有公交站,131路145路等。公交站名中山mall,中山mall里吃饭,超市都有,房间里有一个本地的免费的移动电话,可打国际电话,上网,还能提供热点,出门带着跟方便。前台有英文和中文的服务人员。房间格局一般,隔音效果不怎么好。档次不如中国的宜必思,但是在新加坡也算不错了。

入住体验整体不错,只是前两晚给我的房间352Wi-Fi信号很差,之后我要求换去322后Wi-Fi效果有提高,熨斗不是很干净,需要随时检查和清洁。
