Stayed last week with couple of friend. It was unforgettable moment with the staff, they engaged us very well with full of attentiveness . The room very clean with sufficient amenities. The location was top notch. No wonder , we would not regret to stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ibis's Hottel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets.F@B : The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much . I would have Luxurious impression. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Thank you Ibis👍

Cozy room and tidy its very good experience for my family...sometime i will staycation again. I hope this hotel will be the best hotel at balikpapan and have number one leading hotel. More have variation menu for breakfast and available snack
