The property is a bit worn out. The wooden doors and table can be refurbished. The sink marble/granite top can be polished. The service of the people can be improved.

The room's insulation was too bad. We couldn't get any real sleep all night. There was other guests walking by and slapping the doors all night outside. if the insulation was good then these will not be affected to us but sadly not.

I JUST STAY FOR TRANSIT & DURING THE SHORT TIME, WHERE I'M REACHING THE HOTEL ABOUT 14:00 & GOING TO THE BALI AIRPORT ABOUT 22:30, THEY GAVE FULL ATTENTION. AND FROM THE HOTEL GOING TO KUTA BEACH AREA ABOUT 15 MINUTES & ITS MAKE EASY FOR ME TO RELAX FOR A WHILE BEFORE CONTINUE TO THE NEXT FLIGHT.

I left the room at 9am and it still on dirty condition when I get back at 4pm. Asking towel but the housekeeper didn't have stock and after argue the give me one. I use the towel for me and my wife and left the hotel for dinner. When got back to hotel, all the towel is gone including the one that I got before. No towel given or prepared and no bath mat either. Ask the room service for towels and after waiting 30 minutes, nothing happen so I call again the room service for towel. After 1 hour waiting then I went downstairs to Front Office to ask for towel. 10 minutes after I ask FO then towels came but no bath mat. This kind of services is unacceptable for me. Lucky that I only stay 2 night, otherwise it will ruin my holiday mood.

The check in experience is good, the front office teams are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good with view direct to the pool. Food presentation, variation and taste are so so. The unexpected problem come on my 2nd day. I left the room around 9am and return at 4pm, when I get back the room hasn't been cleaned. Since I'm in hurry to attend dinner invitation, I asked towel to the housekeeper who still did clean up at the room in front of me. The shocking answer I got is they don't have any towel left since all still in laundry. I asked them to find me clean towel and finally I got only 1 towel. So I have to share using this towel with my wife and son (Totally unacceptable #1). At night when I got back around 9 PM, the room is cleaned up but there is no towel left, including the towel I use at the afternoon. So I asked room service to bring me towel and bath mat, waiting almost 30 minutes and no one come so I made another call to room service. After wait another 30 minutes and nothing happen, I went downstairs to ask the front office for towel and bath mat. 10 minutes later, the towel came but there is no bath mat. Too tired to ask I again so I just take the towel. Waiting time for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get the towel is so unacceptable. As this is a holiday season, the hotel should be more prepared and may need to count the occupancy and your stock for towel, linen, etc so this kind of thing is not happening. I hope the housekeeping team can improved their services to the guest, especially to Accor member.

The hotel location is very strategic. My biggest Concern is the amenities, the towels looks very old, greyish (not clean white) and rough surface, not the standard towels I usually had in 4-5 stars hotel. And breakfast taste & variety needs to improve, I have had breakfast in another mercure hotel and that was much better than this one. Thank you.

The room was run down sliding door to wardrobe broken, Took over a hour for reception to get us a taxi. The deposit you took on our credit card is still pending . When I inquired how long it would take for it to be removed I was told 10 days. Went for a walk no obvious way to cross the main road to walk to Kuta beach

Very nice bed, not too soft nor too hard. Very good shower pressure and water quality, very difficult to find in Bali. Nice wood floor. Room looks old and when we enter the room, we can smell the 'old' stuff.
