We arrived at the Pullman as a result of a delayed train and closed rental car office. We were given an upgraded room and a late checkout the next day. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at the hotel. All very good. Staff were professional and friendly.

I’m a member of the Accor loyalty programme and stay regularly at the Pullman St Pancras in London. I expected the same standard from the Pullman at the other end of the Eurostar in Brussels and was very disappointed. The approach to servicing the room and replacing items like coffee etc was slapdash and inconsistent. No robes were provided - we had to ask for them. The bar area was soulless and uninviting. There was no common area to sit in comfort. The area outside the hotel, not your fault I know, was unattractive and occasionally faintly menacing. You’ve got this hotel branded wrongly. It’s not a Pullman.
