Was surprised to be asked for a review when we never checked in for our stay - sadly had to cut short our holiday. Wonder if they realised we weren’t there or would have checked if the hotel had to be evacuated- needless to say happy to bank our money!

Reception helpful as we arrived just before midnight.However our bathroom was a disgrace with dried urine around the base of the toilet and a fairly smelly bathroom as a consequence. In addition the corridor carpets were stained.

The room was clean and had everything one needed (including a welcome fan). My room faced the road though and there was traffic all night - if you're noise sensitive best to ask for a room on a higher floor or facing away from the road. Breakfast started very early and offered a nice basic buffet. However the tables were greasy and dirty and the staff member on duty was playing on his phone rather than cleaning.

Staff were excellent, bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However at this price point one would expect air conditioning not a noisy fan.

Only stayed for one night plus breakfast. Ideal location for ferry terminal and very secure underground parking. Very good reception and easy checkout. Our room however was very basic, quite small with minimal facilities. No air con and room was next to a busy road. Corridors were full of laundry bags and stairways were looking quite tired very basic.
