First of all thanks to the reception staff who arranged a fan for us, you have no idea how needed that was!! Now about the hotel: - Clean and tidy - Small and basic but comfortable - Pillows are a bit too firm and big. Upon request we got smaller and softer. - Bathroom and toilet small (shower pressure is bit funky so test before you jump in) - No amenities (available only- bat towels, bath mat and shower gel) - Right next to Lyon station (we had nice view of the station from the room) - Reception staff helpful, welcoming and friendly. - Will definitely stay again

Room is reasonable size at 16sqm. There are shelves to put stuff and enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom is standard for ibis/ibis budget, and again, the shower is reasonable size where one can move and turn freely. There is complimentary water fountain and coffee in the lobby. Check-in and check-out is efficient. Location is excellent, this ibis budget is better located than ibis, in my opinion. For its low price per night, I'm very pleased.

My key card didn't work & I was told by 2 staff members that it was because I had it beside my phone. I told both I didn't I had it seprately but I actually felt they didn't believe me! Breakfast was okay not geeat
