I had an amazing experience. They’ve got a variety of delicious recipes and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manado. I look forward to visiting again during my next trip.

We stayed for one night as a last minute booking. The room was nice but had a few minor maintenance issues. Generally the Hotel is good but could do with a bit of maintenance. The pool was well maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel is let down by the lack of responsiveness from staff at reception. I requested an early checking during the booking and this was ignored. I did not get an invoice at the time of checking in and I have emailed 3 times since to get one but never got a reply.

Had a lovely stay at Novotel Manado. The place is peaceful, and staff all very friendly and helpful.. shout out to Ms Riri. F&B is also pleasant with great choices. Managed to indulge in their weekend buffet dinner which coincided with Halloween Nite. All is good.

Nice hotel near the airport, friendly and good staff, excellent food. will definitely come back and enjoy this hotel again good view nice pool and everything about it was very excellent and convenient also a lot of activities that I can enjoy like a billiard and archery.
