Free Bus ( Skygate ) from the Airport terminal to DFO. From there its a 3 minute walk over the street to the Novotel. Checkin was slow and they didn't tell us the Password for Wifi, so we had to go back, but I must mention Staff was very friendly. Beds were huge and comfortable. Towels were fluffy, white and big. Room had a good size, was light and had a big window. We called a day before to make sure we dont have any bathtub, the girl mentioned to us we will have a shower. Unfortunately she lied and we had a bathtub. For mature people not the Best. Hair shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel are provided, unfortunately no body lotion. The toilet seat was off centre. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room but Milk was missing. I think its a bit pricy for what they offer. Location is great. DFO is open from 10am to 6 pm and also has a food court and Cafe outside.

I came to Brisbane to attend a conference that included a fancy Gala dinner event. As I was getting dressed for the dinner I realised I forgot to pack a tie, all the shops were closed and I had 30 minutes up my sleeve to find a solution. Spoke to a young man working at the reception counter who happened to have a spare tie in his locker that he gave to me. That’s what I call 5 star service! Everything about my stay was perfect and would highly recommend the Novotel Brisbane Airport. I was in such a rush that I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the time and when I tried to find out later I think it was Christian … but I could be wrong. Anyhow, thanks for saving my night!

Popped in for a quick coffee on the way to work this morning. Great cappuccino served with a smile from the lovely trainee Hazel thanks for being so welcoming and helpful! Fantastic service as always, keep up the great work team and have a great day!

We found the Check in staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are platinum accor members and received an immediate upgrade to an executive suite which was very nice. We made a request for an ice bucket and it was delivered promptly while we were out of our room along with champagne flutes. Overall we are very happy with our stay.
