The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was was a good size for a short visit. I do not like the kiosk check in. But someone helped me. We paid for parking but had to park in a staff carpark and waste time at the counter so we could tell someone what we did. Annoying but minor in the overall scheme of things.

Perfect for convenience to airport. Modern and clean. Lovely pool and bar. Didn’t like the fact you check yourself in with a computer, can’t see why they can’t just have staff at desk. Lights in the hallways very dim, no need to have so dark. Otherwise lovely and quiet.

Spent a night at the hotel, as was in transit. Conveniently located with easy access to the airport. Hotel food was what you can expect at an airport hotel, but it worked. Very friendly staff. The gym was very small and limited offerings.

The internet is unstable I can't even open the QR page to book the shuttle bus, I have to walk to Skygate restaurant to book my transportation in the middle of night!

Stayed with Daughter in Law and two grandchildren for two nights to visit Bluey’s World. This was a very easy hotel to stay at. The children loved the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the ease of accessing the restaurant without having to venture out for meals, although there is a Woolies supermarket next door for any incidentals. Very easy to get an Uber or taxi and close to the airport for our next flight.

The reception staffs were very friendly. My son even got a toy during our departure. The location is far from the city but is still accessible and easy even for us travelling with a 15 month-old. The Skygate bus stop is just few minute walk away from the hotel where it connects us to the main train station, as well as the grocery and the outlet store.
