It was not my first time at IBIS Hotel, that I frequent since from 2023. As for all my other past experience, IBIS Hotel confirms its eccellent levels about all organizational aspects (breakfast, rooms, services, clean-up activities) with a unique convivial atmospere and professional personnel.

I believe Ibis Yerevan is the Best Ibis hotel I have booked. Well located in the centre surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Good breakfast and professional rooms cleaning. The only big negative about the hotel is the lack of in-room iron and iron board and the hassle to go to third floor to press your T shirt! This will definitely put me off from booking in the hotel next time particularly when I intend to stay few days.
