We recently stayed at this hotel, the service was incredible however it’s very dated and definitely not a high end hotel. We were on an executive room with lounge access. It was fine for our business trip with great breakfasts and location but very tired looking foyer and rooms. Probably won’t stay again

Extremely helpful staff. Good service. Clean place. Zhou was very helpful. experience embodies luxury and sophistication, offering guests a seamless blend of comfort and elegance. I canceled my booking with Hilton to join this Pullman Hotel. Well located and great facilities and room. The room was very quiet and I had an amazing support from Yulia from front desk she spent more than 30 minutes to fix my Didi account and WeChat in order to book and pay easily. Zhu Kang KUO was also a key element in my great experience thanks to his help and advice. I strongly recommend you to book in this hotel

Nice place I stayed for a few days. The room was very big and comfortable. Good room service food. Reasonable gym setup with weights and treadmill, nice pool, although it’s not open late, and coffee bar in lobby. Staff all speak very good English so international travelers will have an easy time.
