Front of house not at all pleasant. First day I got there they just said there was on street parking I didn't want too leave my car on the street. After driving around and going back in they tell me there's a carpark down the road. Had to ask for pillows and toilet paper and they gave me industrial toilet roll. Rooms were noisey could here beside us and above us. No drinks menu and poor dinner menu. Wouldnt go back. Toilets like a portaloo

Perfectly located for QUB, clean, comfortable, and we felt safe during our stay for Graduation because of the high Covid standards. Staff were always available, very friendly and helpful. Good places to eat nearby on Botanic Ave or 30 minute walk, or short taxi ride into city centre, shops, bars and more restaurants.

Friendly staff On early morning of 11 Dec - there was a disturbance in one of the neighbouring room. We were in room 607 - It woke us up and it was rather frightening. We could hear shouting and it sounded like the manager had to intervene.

Central yet peaceful

Stated for a weekend. Pleasant walk to the town centre, yet couldn’t believe how quiet our stay was.

Excellent location.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Lovely, clean rooms. Gorgeous food. Even in these times of Covid everything was as good as it could possibly be.

Not far from the city centre, pleasant staff.

The staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel was only a 10 min walk from the centre. Cleanliness of the corridor and lift could have been better and the walls were super thin!

The great experience began before we arrived: when Booking.com cancelled our booking last minute because of a supposed error in credit card details, Ronan rebooked us in directly at the same rate. When we arrived, we found a clean hotel with practical rooms and very friendly staff.

Disgustingly dirty hotel room

TripAdvisor rating 2.0/5

sahdyadarr TripAdvisor review

The only things that are good about this hotel are its location and the customer service. The cleanliness of our room was terrible and the same goes for the hotel in general. The carpet in the corridor was filthy and our room was dirty. We were greeted by dirt, hair and dust. Our room had wood flooring that had a layer of dirt and grime on it. I found rubbish under the sofa bed and had to ask for toilet paper as none had been placed in the bathroom before our arrival. There was one combined hand wash/body wash dispenser by the sink. It would have made sense to have another one in or by the shower.

Great price and a lovely little hotel.

Never been to Belfast and I wanted to stay central but I didn’t want it to cost me the price of an organ. I can across the Ibis and base on the price and the pictures on the website it booked immediately. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions. The room was very clean; the temperature was easy to control and the carpet in the hallway was clean as well which isn’t the case for most small hotels. I’d definitely stay here again.
