The stay in general is very satisfying in regard to the rooms and the breakfast. Beds are good as well as the bathrooms. Cleaning is fine The restaurant is absolutely below standard in regard to the meals presented. I have taken dinner twice. The chicken Satey is absolutey not eatable. The tapas presented does not look like tapas. The service is poor, although , threy give it a try. I would like to advise better improve or stop this service.

Very helpful staff speaking english, hotel is clean and very comfortable. Unfortonutelly Internet Connection in Rooms at the and of the hall does not exist. Direct by the router and in the lobby is also very poor - 5Mb/s

Low wi-fi signal, bad connection and speed.

The staff was excellent very helpful. Breakfast was plenty with fresh food and good variety. The location of the hotel is prime very close to many sights and restaurants. Rooms were clean and good space too. Lobby has an atm. Also they organized my transfer to and from airport which ran smoothly. Highly recommended!!

Room was clean and big enough, closet, chair and small table, bathroom clean and big enough. The fridge was a plus. Personell was quite friendly. Unfortunately the internet connection was rather bad and didn’t work quite often. This should be improved.

It was nice and central. The staff was helpful (directions for getting tickets for the fireworks, for example). Most important was that they came with my passport when I was eating breakfast, before I had even missed it. I had dropped it on the floor somewhere.

Great rooms and food service. Located close to Kant-island. Just a minor flaw; the do not have oat or soy milk for us that do not eat dairy products.

Staff were nice and helpful. For 2 weeks stay, internet was working really bad so I had to use my phone internet all the time. Breakfast quality degraded, would be good to have more options or change the menu.

As usual, very good level, but a bit messed up rooming and invoices (we were in a group booking). Also I was terribly and negatively surprised with a) a shaving and vanity kits that I had to buy and b) razor was not sharp at all and even turned rusty the next morning.

I've stayed in Ibis for many times. I like this convinient hotel very much. But the last 2 staing were really great. I'm keen on numizmatics and I asked at reception to change some coins. After coming to my room I was impressed by a celebrative coin as a little gift by hotel. Later the girl on reception told me that a policy of the hotel. It is rally great.
