Stayed for 2 days in this property while shifting to another room, I forget to pick up gold chain worth 1lacs with some other items. Hotel Staff saying they checked all but got getting. Very bad. Can't really believe this.

This process included interviewing all housekeeping and property staff involved in the room shift, inspecting both guest rooms, and checking our lost-and-found registry. Unfortunately, despite our comprehensive search and internal checks, your items were not located on the premises. We maintain strict protocols regarding guest belongings and take reports of missing items extremely seriously. Please be rest assured, we stay at your disposal for any further assistance required.
