Orribile experience non air conditioning or very low suffering in lobby in restaurant in elevator impossible to use the gym too hot Impossible to eat and to sleep and to gave decent hours we do not know why this madness but the air conditioning is fake you set 17 but in the room always 27 or more the engine running but the air outflow is hot like hell

Disappointing Front Office

When we check in, I ask to the front desk, whether my booking include breakfast or not, and he says not, I make sure to him, and he insist that our booking not include breakfast. On the second day when our family go to the restaurant to have breakfast, the employee said that we don't have to pay, since we are on the guess list. So, we miss the first day breakfast due to the wrong information by the front office. And when checkout time, we are asked for late checkout, we are All gold member, they said cannot since they have full booking on that day, but when I checked-out to the lobby, I have to wait for long time since there's only 2 officers on duty, without any queue, how come the hotel staff said the hotel is full booking, and only 2 staff on duty, and no queueing. Another I do net get upgrade, when my friend with the same All member gets upgraded into the executive room. Other is good experience, breakfast is excellent with the great staff, pool staff also very friendly.

WiFi is not good sometimes, but the pool of the vibe is good. The location is good that next to a mall. People are so kind and friendly. The breakfast is not bad as well. So overall I still recommend to come this to stay here in your vacation. If they can fix the WiFi problem will be better one.
