The room was spacious, the breakfast was really good, the staff was really great, very helpful. The hotel is located 100 m from the Eiffel Tower, and quite easy to reach with taxi. Even though I am platinum i was not offered an upgrade nor the welcome drink. I also was upset with the check in check out which took for ever, 30 mn to check in, after a long flight is totally unacceptable.

Friendly staff and always looking forward to the friendly faces during breakfast. Room view was amazing. Rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. Comfortable beds.

Hotel was on winter mode so no Air Conditioning- our room was excessively HOT making sleeping difficult Honestly had I known there would not be an option to cool the rooms I would have booked elsewhere.

The hotel was awful, the room was completely filthy the floor was full of stains, furniture was marked, the toilet seat was hanging off, the shower grid was also hanging off. The lifts would be intermittent and wouldn't work also. We had also arranged prior to the stay the hotel management would sort something out for my birthday, I was furious to find they had then charged my partner after they had spoken with me directly to mention they would sort something free of charge. Full experience was a complete joke and not good enough at all.
