Perfect for a one night stay, 20 minutes by train from Antwerp and right in the city center of Saint-Niklaas, next to the main square which is full of pubs, restaurants and brunch places. Very friendly staff and easy to navigate. Rooms standard with everything provided, even the 15 minutes promise to fix everything if not happy

Lacking bathroom and street noise

There was a mishap with my reservation. While the local manager was able to get me a new reservation, they didn't honor my original discounted price nor credit for the previously non-refundable reservation. We've stayed at this with friends a few times already and we're planning again next year but probably going to consider another hotel at this point.

Was a little basic, with no tea/coffee facilities which was disappointing
