Chambre mal équipée et peu entretenue à côté des espaces communs qui font illusion. (Pas de mini bar, pas de bouilloire/machine à café, et pas de porte ou de rideau au placard…) Personnel gentil, mais incompétent. Système de ventilation bruyant qui tourne toute la nuit. Pas de places de parking pour se garer sur l’ensemble de la durée du séjour. Et le pire c’est les chambres qui ne sont pas faites. Sous prétexte de raisons environnementales, les serviettes ne sont pas changées… En revanche, je ne vois pas le rapport entre l’environnement et le fait de faire passer une femme de ménage pour refaire le lit et vider les poubelles ! Le deuxième jour, je demande à ce que mon lit soit fait et mes serviettes changées et j’ai eu le plaisir de rentrer le soir dans une chambre où rien n’a bougé. Première et dernière fois à l’Ibis.

Je suis sincèrement désolée d\'apprendre que votre expérience n\'a pas répondu à vos attentes et je vous présente nos excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés. Concernant l\'équipement de votre chambre, nous nous efforçons de maintenir un niveau de confort adéquat et je comprends que certaines commodités manquaient. Cependant, les minibars et plateaux courtoisies sont disponibles en hôtels 4 étoiles et nous sommes classés 3*. Notre parking étant effectivement très petit en centre ville, nous ne pouvons le vendre uniquement sur réservation. Je suis également désolée d\'apprendre que le service de nettoyage n\'a pas été effectué comme vous l\'aviez demandé. Nous avons effectivement une politique de durabilité qui peut influencer certaines pratiques, mais cela ne devrait pas nuire à la qualité de votre séjour. Enfin, je prends note de vos commentaires sur le bruit de la ventilation. Nous faisons dès ce jour le nécessaire pour la mise en place de \"murs anti-bruit\". Spuddy Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We have stayed many times at this hotel as we like its location to our favourite restaurant and also the return short journey to the Le Shuttle terminal. Unfortunately this time, we were given a room on the fourth floor which had the compromise of a low sloping ceiling which resulted in us banging our heads a few times as the actual comfortable walking area was very narrow in the middle of the room. There was a lot of wasted space. Being on the four floor also meant that you could only take the lift to the third floor and from there take the stairs to the fourth floor which is not always convenient with suitcases, etc.
