The location was very good in a nice and calm area of Sao Luis. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and helpulf. Nothing fancy overall but clean and great location.

We are fans of Ibis hotels in Brazil and Europe but this one was a disaster. Bad smell in the rooms, bed of poor quality, shower with little water coming out, dirty, etc…definitely not the Ibis standard. Avoid this hotel by all means. It is our best recommendation!

It is quite strange the no hand-towel policy adopted by this hotel. Typical Ibis room, not very spacious with a small bathroom. Location is OK, even though quite far from the São Luis historical center.

Reservation on record, quick check-in, useful information available, arranged taxi, food available 24 hours, internet efficient and free, clean facilities, my only negatives were very small and single soap available and no blanket in my room.

Satisfaction for sleeping and room cleaned. Staff of service is very good. I recomend this hotel for my friends. I indend to return, because I stayed just one day in hotel. The bad can be better. I liked.
