We had a great time! Spotless clean room beds very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Clean well equipt rooms. Clean linen. Only down size is breakfast very disappointed over priced for a croissant and v bad coffee

I am dissapointed that not once during our 4 night stay the room was attended to. The rubbish bin was full and I had to leave my rubbish on the floor. I had to go to the reception at night as we had no toilet roll either. If our room was attended to this wouldn't have happened. The reception staff Krishna and Maria are lovely people and they made are stay very welcoming.

I stayed three nights at the hotel Etap Belfast and everything about it was fantastic! Location, comfort and cleanliness of the room, staff, communication between myself and the hotel prior to arrival, all great. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Belfast.
