Hello, Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. I am responding based on the Google translation. I’m sorry to hear that you feel that renovating is required, and the Resort is getting on in years. The Building is a young 13 years old with a full repaint only taking place in recent years. New Pool Deck and Pool umbrella have just been completed. Over the last three years we have also worked with apartment owners to upgrade furniture packages, new appliances and internal painting where required. I apologise if you did find some areas that were slightly grubby including dust behind the TV Cabinet. In regards to the old blood, if this was the case I sincerely apologise as housekeepers are required to check for any stains that require laundry. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t enjoy our ground floor/level one apartment for your stay, they are unique in that they provide ocean views and have a large outdoor timber deck with direct access into the Pool area. As a family friendly resort we do have the sounds of laughter of families & kids having fun so it’s unfortunate you didn’t like this. But if noise was ever excessive as per the check in information we can be contacted to investigate. All Apartments have privacy blinds for use if required but in our experience guests enjoy the views, coastal breeze with other guests passing to return to their own apartments. Glad to hear that you had a good experience within Reception. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Australia.
