Novotel Bangkok Silom Road Hotel 4 stars

The room presentation on our anniversary arrival was great staff were great overall can't fault anything

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Good service provided. Room was very clean. Kudos to housekeeping staff. The bed was too firm for us, and the WiFi was unstable, but the staff tried their best to help resolve these problems.

Everything was good but the problem is the shower. How come you only use a cheap type of curtain to block the view from the bedroom?

I stayed at hotel for two nights and would stay their again the next time I am in Bangkok.

Services was good. Base room was too small to function for 2 people.

Good Hotel, with Good breakfast.,Check in and Check out was quick and seamless. Staffs are friendly and professional at lobby and dining area. It was a clean and cozy room however housekeeping practice is a bit disappointing. Shower Shampoo was not replenished for 2 consecutive days and cleaning service come only around 3:30PM everyday. We left our room early in the morning and come back around 1:30 to avoid Bangkok Afternoon heat but room service/make up never came before 3:00.

Pros: Great breakfast Good location with commercial establishments nearby, bts is 15 min walk though Decent room amenities Cons: Leaky bathroom, not corrected despite complaining Poor Wi-Fi range in the room we stayed

Was not the first time i stayed at thos hotel.i was upgraded to a suite and got extra treats from costumer service. This was all possible because i have a gold membership from accorhotels, best loyalty program in the industry by far.

Everything is meet requirement - Good location - Good design of Dry/Wet zone of bathroom - Good design of bathroom's door Except - There's no car parking roof - a little bit of confused on entrance/exit for vehicle - a little dark inside of lobby - 2 lifts only so you need to wait

The Novotel Bangkok Silom Rd is a very nice hotel in a convenient part of the city close to transport, shopping, restaurants, etc. The (deluxe) rooms are of a decent size and fully functional. Poor selection of TV channels for English speakers but whois in Bangkok to watch TV!?

location is good and staff are nice. Having problem with the shower room, the water would not discharge properly due to the floor not correctly build. I was also charge for the drinking water for THB180 - the bottle was put on the side table of the bed - novotel shud have put it together with the rest of the chargeable items

as always, I enjoyed my stay in Novotel Silom Road. It was a coincidence that I stayed their anniversary time and could join the traditional ceremony. It is always a great moment for me to experience and feel the culture. Also, it was my birthday during my stay and I had such warm hospitality from the staff. I want to express my appreciation to all the staff of Novotel Silom Road here again, and look forward to back my second home soon.

An enjoyable stay at the Hotel wtth nice room , the breakfast improved after last stay in some way, but still place for further improvements, the personal very friendly and helpful and nice welcome cocktail

My experience at Novotel Bangkok Silom Road was among one of the better ones at all Novotel hotels that I stayed before. It delivers the same standards consistent of Novotel, yet I can feel the efforts and warmth from the team here. Some memorable experiences included: pre-visit email greetings from the Reservations officers (Tum), helpful check-in, introduction and greetings (Ms Bam) on both nights of my stay, and personalised letters from Rooms Divisions Manager Ratri Rongruang. Breakfast buffet and service was good, and I appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff in trying toget a taxi for during rain. Outstanding for me too were the housekeeping team (clean room with complimentary snacks and regular checks/replenishment of room amenities). Location is average as the hotel is 8-10 minutes walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS station. Novotel Bangkok Silom Road's price value and team's service standards make it an excellent hoice of stay in Bangkok. Thank you :)
