I stay at the Grand Mercure Koramangala regularly and have always had comfortable stays. Although I travel here for work, I would recommend it for families as well. Their spacious suites, well equipped kitchen and multi-cuisine restaurant fit the bill for all kinds of stays.

Well done place with minutest of facilities thought of for guest convenience. Be it the furniture or the other amenities this hotel is UNIQUE. Staff is extremely hospitable & sweet. Chef Vilas Dhankute is here from a long time & he is someone who makes the food quality here the best along with his amazing staff !! Zenith the current Hotel Manager is very friendly & will do his best to make guests feel at home !

I requested the invoice on my email, but not received till date. The representative ensured me that I will receive it soon, but in vain. Also, she confirmed that the reward points will also be credited to my membership account, but in vain. Thus it was really very poor administrative service.

Not Happy with Accor Group

I received a complimentary night after becoming an Accor Plus member, but unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t included. I requested complimentary breakfast, but it wasn’t provided. First, I had issues with the Accor Plus membership team, and now this! As per the Accorplus support team in chat I was supposed to get a call within 24 hours to purchase a membership from a sales representative but no one called me. Then I created a support ticket and then after 12 hours I got a reply in email All communication for buying membership was done by email only on support tickets But for taking feedback the Accorplus team called me!!! Secondly, I understand you have tied up with HDFC bank for online payment but you should not be using a payment gateway from them to purchase a membership which does not accept Amex cards. Being a chain for 5-star hotels AMEX cards should be accepted everywhere. How can the support team tell they don't have an alternate payment link? What if HDFC smart hub doesn't work? As an Amex Platinum member, I was offered a complimentary Accor Plus membership. However, I pointed out that Accor Plus does not accept Amex for their membership payments. Why spend on newspaper and social media ads promoting Accor Plus membership if they can’t support Amex payments?

The hotel is at a nice quiet location. However, the building is quite old and so are the fittings in the rooms, bathrooms.
