You should spend more time for training your reception staff. As a Platinum member of the Loyalty program I needed for every little part which is usually granted while staying at an Accor hotel, parts of this have even been denied. On top of this I needed to over 30 min at Checkout, because they had not prepared my registration documents and it seems they also had a lack of knowledge how to do this. In total pretty bad experience, which I am not used from other hotels of this brand.

A standard Ibis hotel located right in the city center. Small rooms, large work desk. Not all TV programs worked. Breakfast is better than average for this price range. There are, for example, cold cuts, yoghurts, 3 types of juice. The internet is not fast enough. There is a paid parking lot, but you can park for free in front of the hotel on the street. There are 3 options for business lunch, set dinner. Several cafes around. 40 minutes walk to the Kremlin, far enough. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on tables, masked employees. Air conditioner doesn't work, breakfast is very poor, floor at the room is dirty and noone is going to clean it! Receptionist was giggling when I told that its too hot in the room. She said "it's very funny because its autumn now and people ask warmers so you don't have this problem" I'm really disappointed! I had to open the window and sleep with my children surrounded by many insects!!!! Breakfast was very poor! On the first day there was even no meet. When we came at 7 a.m. there were no juices, no bread, no fruits! We had to ask to bring it. Bad, bad, bad! Ibis was my favorite hotel net in Europe. I enjoyed my staying every time. I recommended this net to all my friends and followers. I will never do it again! Never. Every person/hotel/company can make a mistake. I give everyone a second chance. But the staff of this hotel didn't even try to help me!!! It's unbelievable! I paid approximately 40€ per night and I was waiting a moment I leave the hotel every minute! Shame on you(

Nice stay in downtown

This chain hotel is situated in the very downtown of Nizhni Novgorod. It is just a couple of blocks away from the entrance to Gorkovskaya metro station, which makes it so easy to get to from the railway station. We were satisfied with everything - the rooms, the service and the delicious breakfast.

Centrally located, good service, good breakfast, decent rooms. If you want to choose a good location with an affordable price, nice breakfasts and all-day-round service, you could easily choose this hotel and you’ll not be hugely disappointed.
