AC not working,also shower gel not available I have to asked for refills,all this things u have to check before room key given to customer

Stayed on the second floor, room was clean and furniture was old. Bathroom was stained, not sure if it was dirty or from wear and tear. There was a strange odour lingering on the whole floor but was much stronger in the room.

Overall my experience in ibis is excellent breakfast is too good ,room is quite good, one suggestion is mosquito or pest controll should be done properly overall it nice experience in stay tushar aakash and Abdul have almost given proper service during breakfast according to my time

People in the reception are not doing their work properly. Even just now when I am writing this review 18 March 2024 10:17 AM . The girl who picked the phone . is not responding once I asked for my invoice . I am not sure is she is able to hear me and not responding or just not able to hear. I can see the call is connected but no one is speaking.
