this hotel is my favorite hotel in Abha/Khames from more than 10 year i stay there during my business trip, this time was very bad, i stayed in room, shower wasn't worked, dirty water came, when checked with reception they mention it is expected, also there is a noise came at 8 am due to some renovation in the hotel in spite it is mentioned expected noise will be after 11 am.

The stay was excellent as usual but I think the renovation process exceeded 9 months which is a very and unbelievable delayed process, I'm looking forward to staying again but in the renovated rooms, Also, the points take more time to be uploaded, no points till now My stay in Novotel Jizan was after two days of my stay with you and the points were uploaded just 24 hrs after check-out

The rooms are in poor condition inclusive there were bed bugs in one room. What saved this stay was the staff that tried to help at all costs.

I think Mercure Khamis hotel didn't deserve money paid for it, as it has very poor service, I recieved the room with refrigerator did not work, TV didn't work, quality of tissues in Bathroom are poor, so I only accommodate in this hotel because related to All Accor plus points I must ask many times to be added to my account

Starting of my stay was very nice as duty manager arranged early check-in and breakfast for me. Horrible experience started as soon I entered in the room (1) Carpet was very old with burning sport and coming out of the floor (2) Chair cloth was coming out (3) No small towels provided (4) No proper lunch / dinner menu was available (5) No taxi drop to airport was available (6) Room condition was pathetic

I appreciate each member and employer in this facility, Each one doesn't save any effort to make the s. comfortable specially the restaurant in the breakfast. I'm looking forward to visiting the hotel after the renovation process, it seems a promising one, I can't wait

More than one year, since the beginning of Covid-19 crisis, I missed Abha and South region in general I missed Mercure, my favorite hotel since 2004 I noticed the precautions taken to ensure guests protection (Sanistised & sealed towels, inside room breakfast) Also I noticed some renovated facilities (bathrooms, electric plugs, and new coffee machine in 5th floor lounge) Special thanks to two front office employees The one on Wednesday 3rd Feb night shift & morning and afternoon shift

Staff is friendly and cooperative. Breakfast selection is okay. However, property is one of the worst in terms of room an hotel quality. Gym is to a next level of worst, it's shame to be called gym. Since the hotel is part of Accor group, you should remove the name because it doesn't meet the standard.

Old hotel . Need renovation. Check in was smooth as well as check out. Receptionists are welcoming and smiling. Suite is small and the air conditioning is not good . Overall experience was not so good. The alternative options are limited in the city.

The cleanliness and rooms conditions of this hotel are very terrible even I highlighted this issue to the duty manager but he wont help, he show us other rooms with the same bad quality and my booking was for 2 nights and I canceled the other night and left

I did request a suite upgrade ahead of time if possible . I got a negative answer by email. When I walked in I requested again to be upgraded per my tier level. Unfortunately the duty mgr was not professional at all. He kept saying that no suite available, but when I showed him my app with suites available.I finally got the suite two hours later. To be honest I was not recognized as an elite member at that property. When I got into the room I found a left over of a pizza in a box inside the safe box. Picture was taken but never discussed with them. After all, it was a really bad experience and I think auditing that hotel is a must and it is about the right time for a renovation. Not to mention that the pillows were not comfortable at all.
