Reception Staff were warm and welcoming . Provided good information regarding trains and bus services. Restaurant Staff friendly but a bit slow to clear plates. Food portion sizes were large, very good for hungry travelers. Bedroom size was great for two adults to share. Unfortunately the bathroom floor did not look or feel like it was washed after the last guest. There was also a sweet wrapper under the sofa from the last guest. Both curtains were hanging off the rail on both ends. Being a hotel housekeeping trainer, this is one of my pet peeves, irritations. Other than that, we had a great stay at Novotel Schipol. It is really conveniently located, 2 minutes walk from the bus and train station. Thank you

Good experience with the front desk, convenient location, good breakfast. Room cleaning can improve, gym is way too small and unmaintained for such an hotel.

A good hotel but this time.....

A hotel I enjoy staying in but this time I was disappointed - though given a room on floor 13 (1306) I found it difficult to sleep due to a non-stop back ground - I had to wear my noise cancelling headphones to help not a comfortable experience. I had a meal on my first night in the restaurant which was again wasn't upto the standard I had previously experienced - having to wait over 45 minutes between my first course and main course. Hopefully a better experience when I stay in a couple of weeks!
