We had an issue with the bathroom drain not working but a plumber was called and the issue was solved immediately. Comfortable room, nice view, conveniently located close to Schipol airport and half an hour away from Amsterdam Central by the sprinter.

I have stayed in the hotel multiple times and always had a good experience. Great location and lovely staff. However, this time I did notice my room was the cleanest and the halls often looked like they needed a vacuum.

Business and leisure - good conference facilities and very close to the station - so effectively easy access to Amsterdam central. Very clean - good coffee and enough of it. We ran out of pods and were given a few extra which was so appreciated. My only (minor) complaint is that the cardboard cup dispenser at the ice machine on floor 5 did not work properly. Almost impossible to get cups out!

One of the worst night sleep I have ever had, a broken curtain let light stream in hence no sleep, sh as ne as this is the main point of getting a hotel room. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel!!!
